 The Cottage has two private bedrooms on three floors and sleeps up to 7
persons. It is fully furnished and winterized (oil hot air heat), and comes equipped with
refrigerator, gas stove, all cooking utensils and tableware, bed linens and towels,
washer/dryer, color TV, radio, VCR dishwasher, telephone, 2 baths, fireplace, gas grill,
and a sun porch and large deck with furniture off the main floor. Water is from a 100 foot
